This consultation consists of:

One 1-hour Zoom Call

A written plan based on the information provided (this will be sent within 48-72 hours after our call)

Follow-up support with the situation(s) discussed in the call

After booking you will receive and email containing a link to a form you must fill out at least 24 hours before your booking. This form will allow us to help you the best we can by getting a better idea of what issue(s) you are struggling with!
